Note that in the book the data indices starts with 1, while in this array implementation they of course start with 0. Also note that in the book distances were used instead of similarities. However, in the implementation of EuclideanDistance this is just the negative value.
Finally sim(p2,p3) was sim(p3,p4) (book indices) such that a other valid hierarchy may be build. Thus p3 was changed.
